Postnatal Pilates:

Postnatal Pilates is low impact and a great way to start exercising after birth, aiming to strengthen deep core muscles, improve your stability, engage your pelvic floor and help you reconnect with your body after having a baby.  The aim of the class will be to strengthen core muscles, reconnect and engage pelvic floor muscles, improving wellbeing and building confidence in your postnatal body. The classes are suitable from 6 weeks after birth and babies are welcome to attend too.

Lunchtime Pilates

A low impact class aimed at functional strengthening and stability, perfect for anyone new to Pilates or anyone wanting to improve their core strength, stability, flexibility and balance. Pilates is a great way to prevent injuries and has been beneficial for many people in managing back pain.

Classes will run on a half termly basis (blocks of 6 weeks)

Pricing: £15 per class PAYG

or £60 for a block of 6

First class is free
