Covid Information

In order to comply with the current government guidelines as well as to ensure the safety and well being of both clients and the therapist the following measures have been put in place to help prevent the spread of Covid-19:

Prior to attending an appointment, a telephone triage will be carried out to check whether any symptoms of coronavirus are currently being displayed, to aid with the risk assessment to decide whether a face to face treatment session would be appropriate.

Whilst attending an appointment (either in clinic or during a home visit), the wearing of a face mask (unless exempt) will be required. Alcohol hand sanitising gel will be available to use. During the treatment session the therapist will be wearing full PPE.

Appointments will be spaced apart enough to allow enough time to clean and ventilate the clinic between clients.

These measures will remain in place whilst the current guidelines remain in place and will be reviewed once this changes.
